Lucie Ait El Hadj

Lucie has over 10 years of diversified experience across the aviation sector. Recently she was the Chief Commerical Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for Comair Limited, a South African regional airline. Lucie brings her vast airline experience in network & scheduling, partnerships, revenue management, sales and customer experience to the Plane View Partners team.

Prior to her positions at Comair Limited, Lucie held a Senior Manager position at Seabury Aviation & Aerospace. During her 7 years with the company she was involved in multiple large airline restructurings globally.

Her combined aviation and consulting backgrounds brings broad airline expertise from commercial strategy, customer centricity to operational performance improvements with a strong focus on developing analytics capabilities and digital enablement.

Ms. Aitelhadj holds a master’s degree in Air Transport Management from Cranfield University (UK) and a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Montreal. She has lived and working in several international countries including the UK, Hong Kong, South Africa, France, Canada and Germany.
