Steve Pattison brings over 25 years of airline customer business experience in both a manufacturing and advisory capacity. During his time with Rolls-Royce, he was responsible for new engine and aftermarket agreement sales in Asia, Australasia, Europe and the Americas and at IAE he led the customer team (sales, customer support and contracts) covering North and South America delivering over US$3.5 billion in new business.
In 2013, he established his own consultancy business offering bespoke engine business expertise and advice on engine selection, aftermarket agreement negotiation and MRO evaluation and selection to major airlines in both North and South America.
Key strengths are business strategy and planning, technical understanding and risk assessment, engine economic analysis and both engine selection and MRO contract negotiation.
