TERRY EASTLEY

Terry joins Plane View Partners as a Senior Advisor. During her 30-year career in aviation she has held multiple senior leadership roles and has vast experience in commercial aircraft purchasing, buyer furnished equipment (BFE) selection and procurement, supplier management and contract negotiations.

Most recently Ms. Eastley served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Materiel Department for AerCap (previously ILFC). Under her leadership this group was responsible for BFE procurement, program management of cabin interiors, system components for production and retrofit aircraft deliveries. Ms. Eastley started at ILFC in 1992 when the company owned just 50 aircraft, during her tenure of 26 years at ILFC and then AerCap the fleet grew to over 1100 aircraft and spanned over 200 airline customers. She has participated in BFE programs on several large Boeing & Airbus programs, and Ms. Eastley was a member of the leadership advisory boards for the Boeing 787 and the Airbus A350. Prior to her work at ILFC and AerCap Ms. Eastley worked for Continental Airlines in purchasing, finance and inventory control.

Ms. Eastley brings to Plane View Partners her expertise in aircraft business intelligence, contract negotiations and her strong airline customer and supplier relationships.
